Kim qualified as a solicitor in 1991. Kim has a wide background in litigation gained before concentrating exclusively on employment law. Her experience includes matrimonial law, crime, liquor licensing and personal injury.

Married, with one grown up son, when not working Kim indulges her interests of photography, cooking, walking and jewellery making.
