Fraser Brown Solicitors has launched a new service to provide farmers and landowners with access to specialist legal advice on their doorstep.
Based out of the firm’s Bingham branch, Richard Wollacott and Will Cursham are experts in Agricultural and Equine Law and are able to offer professional advice on all aspects of law relating to the agricultural industry and the equestrian world.
With extensive local knowledge, Richard understands the need for access to comprehensive legal services outside of the city centre. He said, “We appreciate that farmers and landowners have specialist requirements and time pressures and therefore need advice from people who not only understand the diverse range of issues and legislation they face but can operate fast and efficiently.
"At Fraser Brown, we can help and advise on a whole range of topics that affect the rural community, from land use and agricultural tenancies to horse welfare and personal injury. Will has years of practical equine knowledge and understands the varied issues that can affect both individuals and equine businesses.
Peter Thornley, Managing Partner at Fraser Brown, added, "This is a new direction for Fraser Brown but one that we are very excited about. The launch of the Agricultural and Equine Law team is in recognition of the fact that the agricultural industry, owners of landed estates, landlords and tenants of agricultural land and those involved with country pursuits want access to experienced legal professionals that they can trust, without having to travel into the centre of Nottingham.
"Based out of our Bingham branch, Richard and Will are perfectly placed to offer just that."
