To start your property selling process, you will need a Home Information Pack (HIP). HIPs are now a mandatory requirement for anyone selling a property in England or Wales and must be in place before you start marketing the property.
The key to a successful HIP service therefore, is speed of ordering and delivery. Our HIPs are just £279 + VAT, regardless of the size or location of the property, and whether it is freehold or leasehold.
