Nottingham-based independent pizza company, Oscar & Rosie’s, has taken the lease of 8 Stoney Street in the Lace Market area of the city to accommodate its continued growth.
Oscar & Rosie’s Nottingham restaurant is currently in Thurland Street but due to an increasing demand from its customers, it has outgrown its address and will move into the new 3,358 sq ft premises which will double the size of its restaurant and enable the gourmet pizza company to welcome many more customers.
Natalie Gibbons, a senior associate in the commercial property team at Fraser Brown Solicitors, helped the owner of Oscar & Rosie’s secure the lease for its new premises, which is due to open in September.
Natalie Gibbons (nee Barnes), said: “Oscar & Rosie’s is a popular restaurant in the city and the new Stoney Street location and space is a perfect fit for them and will allow the business to continue its growth.
“The move will bring five more jobs to Nottingham, it’s a great success story. I’d like to wish the Oscar & Rosie’s team all the best of luck in the new premises.”
Oscar & Rosie’s, which also has a Leicester venue, was founded by former lawyer Olly Hunter in 2013.
