Nottingham-based Fraser Brown Solicitors has acted on the merger between Achieve Media Limited and CNS Media Limited - a marketing and media buying agency with offices in Nottingham and Chesterfield.
CNS Media has acquired Achieve Media to fully capitalise the commercial benefits in both businesses and to merge CNS Media’s largely Derbyshire and Yorkshire client base with Achieve Media’s Midlands client list. Following the acquisition, CNS Media’s team has grown to 11 people.
CNS Media, which was established in 2006, is a full-service design, web design and marketing agency which helps clients create and implement marketing campaigns.
Marcus-Adam Tuck from the corporate law team at Fraser Brown, advised the shareholders of Achieve Media. He said: “The two firms have a natural synergy and having worked collaboratively on a number of projects, this transaction is an ideal step for both firms and will enable the growth of CNS Media’s national client base.
“I’d like to wish the team at CNS Media the best of luck in this exciting stage of growth.”
CNS Media acquired Achieve Media as part of its growth strategy and already has plans in place to extend its teams and offices in other key regions across the UK.
Director of CNS Media, Andy Hattersley, said: “This is an important and exciting time for CNS Media and we are all really excited about the tremendous potential this merger provides for the teams at CNS Media and Achieve Media. The new business is truly providing a full service in all media planning and buying by an experienced team of media professionals.”
The transaction of the acquisition was also supported by chartered accountants Clayton & Brewill based in Nottingham.
