Commercial Solicitor

This is a unique opportunity for a varied and independent role on a flexible working basis to assist with the growth and development of the Commercial Team.  You will cover a variety of commercial legal work, largely for SME clients with a particular emphasis on business format franchising, including franchise agreement reviews; commercial contract drafting/negotiating; intellectual property advice, including trade marks and involvement in networking and marketing events.


The roll would suit NQ – 2 yrs PQE candidate, but with flexibility, depending on the candidate.  We are looking for someone with experience of general commercial (non-contentious) work for SMEs together with experience in one or more of the following: Trademarks and intellectual property; brand licensing; business format franchising.

Commercial Property - Solicitor

We are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 0 – 2 yrs PQE to join our well respected Commercial Property Team covering a range of commercial property work including landlord and tenant, commercial leases, development, investment and corporate support.   We are looking for an enthusiastic networker who is keen to build up their own client base as well as assisting with the current workload.


Commercial Property - Paralegal 

A full time paralegal is required to join our busy Commercial Property Team for an immediate start, working closely with the partners and fee earners in the department. Duties will include completion of land registry applications, reports on title and SDLTs, contact with mortgagees and clients and general research.  Accuracy and attention to detail are essential together with good communication and IT skills and the ability to organise and prioritise work.  Previous commercial property experience would be preferred but full training and support will be provided.

Corporate Solicitor - NQ 

The candidate must be technically excellent and be able to work as part of a team to tight deadlines. The candidate must be commercially minded, have excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with a variety of clients. There will be a diverse range of work covering all corporate transactions acting for sellers, buyers and funders. The successful candidate will be involved in transactions under the supervision of another solicitor or partner with particular emphasis on providing transactional support with ancillary documents, the disclosure process and due diligence. There will also be opportunities to be involved in principal documents on some transactions. This is an excellent opportunity to experience a diverse range of quality corporate work and to grow and develop within a strong team.
