Residential Property Fee Earner – Nottingham City Centre

We are looking to recruit a senior Residential Property fee earner to join our highly regarded Residential Property team.

The successful applicant will be fully experienced in all aspects of residential property conveyancing including sales, purchases (including leasehold, freehold and unregistered titles), new build purchases and re-mortgages. You will be self-motivated and able to work well under pressure within a large and supportive team. You should also have previous experience of supervising and managing others within your own small team. The ability to organise and prioritise work is essential.  Experience of using a case management system would be preferred.

This position would suit a Solicitor, FILEx or Licensed Conveyancer.
