COMMERCIAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Fraser Brown's commercial dispute resolution solicitors are regarded as one of the leading contentious legal departments in Nottingham and the East Midlands.

If not brought to a speedy and successful resolution, disputes can consume a disproportionate amount of time and resources. Here at Fraser Brown, we do everything we can to prevent disputes arising or to find a way to resolve the problem at an early stage.

You can count on us to give honest advice about your position, both in terms of the strengths and weaknesses of your case, and should you become involved in a court case, we will give you full support and advice through to trial.

Because disputes can be time consuming and costly, we explore the options that may be available to fund any Court proceedings. We will also keep you informed about costs from the outset and throughout your case.

We have a proven track record in dispute resolution and we can deliver successful results in commercial, contract and property disputes, as well as help with landlord and tenant problems and inheritance and negligence claims.
