Dispute Resolution

Litigation is always a process requiring sound and commercial advice, but in no sector more so than in construction.

Hopefully your project will be completed without any serious disputes arising. But, if you should find yourself involved in a dispute we will help in resolving this as efficiently as possible.

Our dispute resolution team is experienced in all aspects of commercial disputes and so we offer advice and expertise in all the main areas of construction dispute resolution, from court proceedings, adjudication and arbitration.

Our head of the department succeeded in becoming a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIARB) several years ago.

Of course, we try to stop your problem getting as far as formal proceedings in the first place. We are highly experienced in many forms of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) from informal negotiation through to formal mediation and conciliation and always try to make sure those methods are used first.
