Employment Protection Scheme

To ensure our clients can have access to the best employment legal advice whilst being protected for potential claims against their business, we have teamed up with AXA to provide a comprehensive employment protection scheme.

The scheme consists in the first instance of a helpline staffed by qulaified and experienced employment law solicitors. They are here to help you with your initial query regarding your employment issues.  this helpine covers all employment law and HR problems.

The second part of the scheme is the insurance supplied by Axa which safeguards the employer against any potential payouts to staff members as a result of employment tribunals.

Significantly, the insurance cvers the employer in the event that they do not have reasonable prospects of defending the claim and this is one of the reasons we feel sets our scheme apart from the rest.

If you receive a claim the insurance covers the employer for all legal fees and awards and settlements.
