Franchise Agreements, Drafting and Reviews

It is important when entering into a franchise agreement that you understand from the outset exactly what rights the franchisor will grant to you, along with your obligations and the franchisor’s obligations. This will help assess whether the franchise is right for you and has the potential to be a profitable business.

We are BFA affiliated and can provide you with a written report setting out all elements involved in a franchise agreement.

A franchise agreement contains a wide range if information, including details of the territory you may operate in and any restrictions, the terms of the agreement, the fees, whether you can sell your franchise business and any restrictions to leaving the business.

We can also review an existing franchise agreement, to explain key issues and clarify complex points.
