Leases

Once you enter into a commercial property lease agreement, both parties have a commitment and obligation to each other. Therefore it is important to receive the correct information and guidance from the start to set up the foundations of a professional relationship.

We work with both landlords and tenants to advise and negotiate the right terms to suit their needs.

The process of negotiating terms can be complex but is necessary to provide tenants with the security they need and the flexibility to change the terms in the future. Also landlords need to set out what can and can’t be done with the building and enable them to review the rent when necessary and bring the tenancy to an end if the tenant does not fulfil their obligations.
