Licensing Enforcement and Reviews

We act for licence holders facing a review of their licence.

These reviews enable parties such as the local authorities, police and local residents to seek redress against a licence holder where they believe the licensing objectives have been undermined.  We can attend interviews under caution and assist at short notice.

Ultimately the risks can be high, with revocation of the licence a possibility, so you need experts on your side.

We offer tactical and practical advice in how best to deal with review proceedings, from receipt of the papers through to hearing. We have a great deal of experience at negotiating with parties bringing reviews to ensure the best outcome for the licence holder.
