Associate, Family and Matrimonial
Cristina joined Fraser Brown in 2003 and is based at our Bingham office, specialising in all aspects of family law.
Cristina also has an interest in counselling and has undertaken two initial courses with the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy). She has previously taught GCSE and A Level Law evening courses.
Cristina covers the following work areas:
- Financial Settlements upon Divorce/Separation
- Cohabitation and pre-nuptial agreements
- Children’s Matters, including contact and residence disputes
- Domestic Violence/Injunctions
