Associate, Wills, Trusts and Probate
Emma joined Fraser Brown in 2012 as a paralegal, before completing her training contract and qualifying into the Wills, Trusts and Probate department in September 2016, where she now works as an associate. Emma graduated from Nottingham Trent university in 2011 with a first class honours degree and then completed the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School, before joining Fraser Brown in 2012. Emma completed and passed her STEP (Society of Trusts and Estates Practioners) diploma in trusts and estates in February 2019, and is now a full member of STEP. STEP practitioners specialise in family inheritance and succession planning and are internationally recognised as experts in their field
