John has specialised solely in employment law since working for the Japanese Government in the 1990s. During 12 years of extensive experience he has advised major plc's, local authorities and SMEs, on issues ranging from discrimination in the workplace to business acquisitions, disposals and reorganisations, terms and conditions of employment, disciplinary and grievance procedures, termination of employment, restrictive covenants and TUPE.
John regularly presents at seminars and training events, and has considerable advocacy experience, having frequently represented clients in employment tribunals throughout the UK. John is an active member of the Employment Lawyers Association (ELA) and can be contacted at our Nottingham office.
