Senior Associate, Employment Advice

Rachel joined Fraser Brown in 2019 and is a Senior Associate in the Employment Law team. Rachel studied at Keele University and obtained a Bachelor of Law in Law & International History, she then did the LPC at Nottingham Trent University. Rachel qualified in 2000 at Rothera Dawson, and then moved to Geldards before joining Trade Union Legal LLP.

Rachel advises on the whole spectrum of employment issues, from day to day HR enquiries to complex employment tribunal cases.
She has experience of dealing with a wide range of clients from small family businesses to large companies and public sector organisations, and works cohesively alongside HR and Personnel departments or can provide advice directly to management.
