Buying a newly built property is rather different to a second hand property as Contracts may well be exchanged even before a brick has been laid and the actual completion date may be many months away and is usually not fixed as it will depend on when the property is actually completed.

We understand the pressure and time constraints involved with many new houses and flats and we regularly work with developers and agents to make the process run as smoothly as possible.
