Online Access Twenty Four Seven with Unique Debt Recovery Online System
Fraser Brown Solicitors new Debt Recovery Team has developed a unique online facility for its clients to submit new instructions and monitor how their current cases are being handled 24/7.
The new system has been developed by the recently formed Debt Recovery Team that makes up part of the Litigation Department. The team offers dedicated support and proficient assistance throughout the entire debt recovery process, from an initial letter before action through to the enforcement of a Judgment or Court Order.
The team acts for a wide range of clients from large national organisations to small family businesses. The team is aware that recovering debts is all about speed, efficiency and cost effectiveness so the primary focus has been to implement a new online facility which will enable clients to submit new cases electronically and to access details of their existing cases on a real time basis 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The new system is made up of two parts; on existing debts clients will be able to view current information about their existing cases, such as amount claimed, payments made by the debtor, court costs/fees incurred and what stage the case is at. Clients also have access to a separate reporting facility within this part of the system.
The second part of the system is the instruction facility, whereby clients can submit new debt instructions to the Debt Recovery Team via the online system.
Kax Chana, Debt Recovery Manager said: "The new service has been designed to be very user friendly. To create a new instruction is really very simple and once the details have been submitted we are then immediately alerted by an email it"s that simple. Clients can also view detailed information about any current cases that we are dealing with on their behalf."
Clients will still receive a personal service from the Debt Recovery Team, and they can be contacted by email or telephone. Regular review meetings are offered at no extra charge. So far there are 15 clients using the new online facility.
Kax added: "There are numerous benefits to our clients who use the service one being that it"s really flexible, and reporting is offered at no extra charge. Also, because it"s been developed in-house, we are able to develop automated procedures to suit individual needs. Each case is also updated on a real time basis as the online system is linked to our case management system and accounts system. We can also tailor our charging structure based on the volume and profile of instructions received."
