Pre - Application Negotiations

Every licensing Application is dealt with on a case by case basis.  Pre-Application negotiations are vital as part of the process.  If we are able to agree conditions with the relevant authorities, and there are no objections to the premises application, then it must be granted without the need for a hearing.

Crucial therefore in any application process is excellent and collaborative communication with the local community and the police, together with planning authorities and community protection.  If required we will also speak with members of the public to address any concerns they may have about an application.

The way in which we work with our clients from the outset, in order to guide them through the process helps ensure a thorough understanding of the concept our clients are proposing, and this in turn assists with our negotiations.

If you would like to discuss any of the above points in deatils or would like some advice, please contact one of the licencing team on T: 0115 9888 777 or E:
