Protection from Domestic Violence

Domestic abuse can happen between couples, parents and their children or other relations including grandparents.  It can take many forms and can include physical and psychological abuse. Men and women can be victims of domestic abuse or perpetrators.

We can provide expert, urgent and effective advice where you have suffered domestic abuse.

This may include making an urgent application for an injunction to protect you from violence and where appropriate to exclude the person who has been violent from the family home.

We can also advise and represent you if you have been accused of domestic abuse.

Our legal team includes accredited experts in the field of domestic abuse and we recognise how important it is to get clear advice and act quickly in such cases. We will not put you under pressure to take a course of action you do not feel comfortable with. We will explain your options and let you decide.
