These are binding contracts whereby an employee and employer agree that the employee’s employment will terminate on the agreed terms contained within the Agreement. Proper drafting of the Agreement is imperative to protect the employer against any possible claims and to provide recourse against the employee in question should any of the terms be breached in the future by the employee.
